The cleaning company you are a customer of, or from which you request an appointment, is responsible for your data in this app. Its address and contact details are in the legal notice.
The software is provided by Privadi. Privadi processes your data solely on behalf of the company and does not use it for its own purposes.
From your customer account with the company: customer number, name, address, email address and phone number.
For registration: the email address you enter yourself. As soon as you click the link in the confirmation email, it is saved in the app and in your customer account with the company as your current address; an address previously saved there is kept as an additional address.
For signing in: your password, stored only as a check value from which it cannot be recovered, and the time of your last sign-in.
For appointments: the desired duration, the booked time slot and the service, plus anything you voluntarily enter as a task when booking, for example “window cleaning”. The company sees the task with your request and in its calendar.
If you request an appointment without an account via the company's booking page: name, email address, phone number if provided, and your message. These are sent to the company as an appointment request.
On withdrawal and cancellation: whether you agreed when booking that work may begin before the withdrawal period ends, with a timestamp; when the company confirmed the appointment; when a withdrawal or a cancellation via “Cancel appointment” was received. The company uses the name and email address you enter when withdrawing to send you the confirmation of receipt and to notify itself.
For invoices: the documents the company has issued to you, with line items and amounts.
For news by email: whether you want to receive it, when you switched it off, and a random key for the unsubscribe link in these messages.
So that you can book appointments yourself and view your invoices, and so that the company can reach you about your appointment. The legal basis is the performance of the contract with your company (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
The company processes the details on withdrawal and cancellation because the law requires it: it must enable you to withdraw and confirm receipt of your withdrawal with date and time (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR in conjunction with § 356a BGB). It also needs the timestamps to be able to prove deadlines and a cancellation fee (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
You receive emails about your appointments at the address in your account: a confirmation of receipt as soon as you have booked, a message as soon as the company has made its decision and, if the company has set this up, reminders before the appointment.
You only see news from your company in the app if you have switched this on. You can switch it off again at any time.
If “News by email” is switched on in the app under “Account” (default: yes), the company occasionally sends you an email about its own similar services, such as new offers, holiday periods or tips. The legal basis is its legitimate interest in advertising its own similar services to its customers (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR in conjunction with § 7 Abs. 3 UWG). You can object to this at any time without incurring any costs other than the transmission costs at the basic rates: in the app under “Account” or with the link “Hier abmelden” (Unsubscribe here) in each of these messages.
Appointments and invoices for as long as the company is required to keep them; for invoices this is usually ten years (§ 147 AO).
Your sign-in access remains in place as long as you are a customer. When the customer relationship ends, it is deleted.
Sign-in links expire after seven days, password reset links after one hour.
Your setting for news by email, the time of an objection and the key for the unsubscribe link for as long as your sign-in access exists; the objection therefore remains effective as long as your account exists.
A single technically necessary cookie for your sign-in. With the “Stay signed in” box ticked, it is valid for 90 days; without the tick, it ends when you close the browser.
Two markers in your device's storage, so that the start page does not offer you anything you have already done: one if the app is on your home screen, one if you have registered. Both contain only a yes, no personal characteristic of yours, and do not leave your device.
No advertising cookies, no sharing with third parties, no tracking across other sites.
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. Contact your company for this; it decides on your data.
You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
